For founders

For founders building AI-native companies

We look for founders who build with AI at the core, learn fast and want a partner who has run companies before.

What we look for

What we look for

AI-native by design

The product could not exist without AI. It is not a feature on something older.

Technical depth

You know the models, the data and the tradeoffs.

Customer pull

Buyers feel the problem and say so.

Sound unit economics

Cost, price and margin work, or the path is credible.

Fast learning

You test, read the result and adjust.

A clear data advantage

What you learn from use is hard for others to reach.

How we work

How we work

We are operators first. We have built, scaled and run companies, and we work in the details with you.

That means working sessions, not presentations. We sit with the team on a real decision, such as a hire, a price or a data plan, and give an honest view.

  • Hiring. The first team, then the leaders.
  • Go-to-market. First customers, pricing and the sales motion.
  • Data and infrastructure. Pipelines, evaluation and cost control.
  • Later capital. Planning the next financing, from us or others.

You stay in charge. We do not ask founders for money or fees. See the four stages, Startup, Growth, Private equity and Build, or read what AI-native means.

After you reach out

What happens after you reach out

A person reads your note. We aim to reply within two business days, whatever the answer.

We never ask for money, fees or sensitive personal information at any point. If someone claims to act for us and does, tell us.

If it looks like a fit, we set up a call. If it does not, we say so and explain why. We keep what you share between us and use it only to respond.

Please do not send confidential or personal financial information in the first note. You can find our commitments on the disclosures page. Looking at the diligence side? Read evaluating an AI business in diligence.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which stage should I choose?

Pick the one that is closest and tell us more in your note. If you are unsure, say so. We will point you to the right conversation.

Do I need to be building a pure AI product?

We look for companies where AI is the foundation, not a late feature. Tell us how it shapes your product and your data.

Will you take over the company?

No. Founders stay in charge. We offer capital and operating help, and we agree how we work together before any decision.

Do you ask founders for money or fees?

Never. If someone claims to act for us and asks for money, do not pay it, and tell us through our contact page.
