What we collect

Through the contact form

When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, company (if you give one), the type of enquiry you choose, and your message. The form also records where you came from: campaign tags in the link you used, the referring website, and the first page you visited on this site.

Please do not include confidential or personal financial information in the form.

Automatically

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and request times. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Chat assistant

This site includes an AI chat assistant widget provided by a third party. If you use it, your messages and related technical data are processed by that provider to run the assistant. Please do not share confidential or sensitive information in the chat.

How we use it

  • To read and respond to your enquiry.
  • To keep the website and our systems secure and to prevent abuse.
  • To understand which sources lead to enquiries, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, for hosting, delivery and security.
  • An email delivery provider, to send and receive messages related to your enquiry.
  • A customer relationship management (CRM) provider, to store and track enquiries.
  • The chat widget provider described above.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our conversations, and then delete or anonymize them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Technical logs are kept by our providers for limited periods under their own policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent you have given. As context, these rights arise under laws such as Canada's PIPEDA, the EU and UK GDPR, and various US state privacy laws. We will respond to valid requests as the law requires. You may also complain to your local privacy authority.

International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, including countries whose privacy laws differ. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

How to contact us about privacy

To make a privacy request or ask a question, use the contact form and choose "Other" as the enquiry type.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. See also our Cookie notice and Important information.
